Direct Booking Offers

• Offers are valid for stays between 1 April and 30 September only.

Free Drinks Per Person

• Valid per stay and limited to one voucher per room, for up to two guests sharing the same room.
• Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Must be redeemed during the stay period and cannot be carried forward to future stays.

Cancellation

• Any of the rate plans that have a discount are non-refundable and as such cancellation is fully chargeable.
• Failure to cancel or no-shows will result in a charge for the entire duration of the booking.

Payment Terms

• A valid credit card is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
• In the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for the entire duration of the booking.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival to ensure booking validity.

• Discount applies exclusively to bookings made directly through the hotel.
• Must be redeemed within 6 months of the original stay.
• To redeem the discount, guests must contact the hotel directly to make the booking.
• Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• Discount is applicable to room bookings only and excludes additional services or amenities.

Complimentary Breakfast (for stays of 3 nights or more)

• Includes one full breakfast or a £30 credit towards breakfast at the Fig Restaurant, valid for one day only during the stay, for up to two guests sharing the same room.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Breakfast offerings are subject to availability and may vary by day.

Complimentary Continental Breakfast (for stays of 2 nights)

• Includes one continental breakfast, valid for one day only during the stay, for up to two guests sharing the same room.

• The 10% discount applies to bookings of 2 consecutive nights or more at Hotel Elms.
